Interview flow

Employer assessments start from a workspace job post. Careerku prepares 5-8 role-specific questions and a rubric, then sends the candidate a magic invite link by email or copyable URL.

The candidate lands in a lobby that discloses AI use, camera and microphone requirements, recording/transcript retention, the rubric being evaluated, candidate/employer report sharing, and the fact that the scorecard supports human review rather than an automated hiring decision.

After completion, Careerku processes the transcript and report asynchronously, then emails both sides when the authorized report is ready.
