How credits work

You are only billed when an interview actually completes.

01

Reserved

A credit is held when a candidate starts the interview.

02

Consumed

It is spent only after a valid completion produces a report.

03

Released

No-shows, expiries, and invalid sessions return the credit.

Billing questions

Credits, practice, and retention

When is a credit used?

Employer credits are reserved when a candidate starts and consumed only after a valid completion. Expired or invalid sessions release the reserved credit.

Is practice included?

Practice mode includes one free interview each month before paid practice credits are used. Practice reports are for preparation, not employer screening.

What does retention mean?

Standard media retention is 30 days. Reports and transcript-backed evidence remain available to authorized viewers afterward.
